Firefall Does Arts
 

It's all sort of makes me feel out of place in this community, but I do do art, just only of animals, dragons, etc. Haven't done humans in forever. Might try more though now that I'm here.

Really would love any critique and/or comments given. And yes, I usually only do headshots.

And tada, I found a chibi of my OC. Way suckish and from about a year ago, but hey, might as well, haha.

Hey Firefall. No need to feel out of place. I don't draw people either, or much of anything that might function as an avatar really.

I like the colours, espeically the purple guy at the top, and the linework you do. I think you can use some improvement as far as depth goes in some places though. The purple characrer's earring and the pink bow on the character beneath both look detached from the image, like they are just laid on top. The don't really look like the are part of the characters. For the most part though, they look pretty good. :)

Quiet Man Cometh: Dude, I never noticed that till now. Thanks for pointing that out; I really do need to work on those things. Thank you for the compliment too. The top guy is my original species, finally am fleshing them out, so I'm happy that others like them for sure. They're fiesty little things that like to eat faces, haha.

Did you draw the little fellows in your signature too? Style looks similar.

I drew one of them, yes. I draw a bit for the website that those adoptables are hosted on and all, so I cell shade for that. it's sort of a thing I don't do normally though.

Trational semi-realistic is amazing. I started out with a pencil and paper and now I can barely make anything more than doodle sketches on paper that look horrible. I envy any traditional artists out there. About the only thing I can do tradional now is pen and ink painting, and that's basically taking a picture and finding the lines to ink, for what I do.

Yeah, there aren't too many traditional realistic or semi-realistic artists running around on forums....and way less for fullbody stuff x___X

Lauv Keiko: Never tried rainbow dinos, but I sure can try. Maybe a minature raptor or something. Raptors are the bomb.

Ashy: Thanks. And okay, will do. I'll just do a redraw on the chibi for examples and then I'll open it up. It'll be a slow little shop from my laziness but a shop nonetheless.
