I think I might have Endometriosis, Ovarian Cysts, Fibroids, or some other physical problem because the amount of pain I feel is severe to the point of vomiting, fever, blacking out, and weakness in my legs, all of which happen if I don't take Ibuprofen with food and water and nap afterwards. Getting to food and water after waking up just as the pain is coming on is difficult. The onset happens pretty fast and I've referred to situations like that as menstrual episodes. I have horrible luck with it and I don't really have anyone here who understands or takes me seriously. They think I'm overreacting.
