I think sleeping pill addiction happens when you feel like you NEED the pill to even sleep. Like you just want to take the pills cause you know, hey I'll sleep. Or like other pills, Hey, this will get me high or make me feel numb or something. I think it's all for a high :p
Soda addiction is a real thing xD luckily I don't have that lol.
