The Message reads:

To The Bartender of The Blackadder Speakeasy,

I have long studied the maps of the caves beneath Trisphee. It has come to my attention that there are older passageways that break off from the cove - one of which has been linked to a Captain Bill, a wealthy merchant dealing between privateers and nations, and a renowned connoisseur of Wine, Vodka, and Rum. It is possible that you may find some of his wealth in a side cavern.

However, I have also read of a legend of a doomed group of natives. The poor folk, while exploring the caverns, slipped down a chute. Unable to get back up, legend has it that they grew mad before they died during an earthquake. So, be careful.
