Yes it takes awhile depending on our condition. i know if I am exhausted and my eyes are hurting it takes me an hour for one item. But in my current condition it takes me 30-45 mins as long as I mostly focus on it.

Also the method varies from site to site. Not to mention it depends on whether or not there is custom coding involved.
