true. :T but from all the freaking concepts of a phoenix I have seen, it's like...A mixture of a secratary bid, or large stork/jabaru with...actually... I haven't seen many eagle-like phoenixes. D: HMM OH WELL.

To be honest, the lower price could probably be 10k - 15k.
For a Chibi.
Realistic? Way more.... it also depends how much detail you put in to it.

I'm not a pricing professional. But I really can't see anything being under 8k at least.
