Head : We have a curly green hat
Eyes : Long curly eyebrows
Nose : A crooked long nose
Face : A long curl beard
Top : I can't draw, but it was suppose to be a pair of suspenders. It would go under the jacket.
Arms : The jacket with gold threads running through it.
Bottoms : Brown highwater shortpants? I don't know what they are called with gold threads going though the waistband and shinbands
Feet : Curly leather shoes

1. Hazardous Monocle.
(The straps are belts)
2. Hazardous Bat Cover
(This is a bat that opens its wings to cover the chest area)
3. Hazardous Bottom Belts
(Not really much to explain)
4. Hazardous Arm Tubes
(The tubes would flow with a glowie color)
5. Hazardous Boots
(The right boot would have the same glowing tubes)
