That's literally one of the better ways to learn, imo. Just going for it and if you mess up, embroidery floss isn't terribly expensive.

Yeah, at the very least I'll be able to learn from whatever happens. I already know the cloth I'm embroidering isn't the best, so if I mess up significantly I won't feel too bad about it.


I do hope I manage to learn something from it, though. The only really bad thing would be if it's a total waste of time.

tfw you're working on a drawing of your druid character, and you realize, because they're a hooved tiefling who uses a wheelchair due to muscular weakness in their legs, their hooves don't get nearly the wear and tear of other hooved tieflings', so logically, they'd have to have a hoof-trimming knife to keep their feet from getting all twisted and gnarly.

it's more styled after a modern lightweight chair, so minimal frame... the part that's giving me the fits is the wheels, since the wheels are technically an awakened shrub that's been grown a specific way...
