It's more of a fear of not having everything done when I get to sleep. Some people in my life died in sleep like that, with unfinished business.
(Also, oversleep + panic worries)

They aren't really bad xD
I suppose some you can get addicted to, but I used to be able to sleep fine so my goal is to get back to sleeping normally lol.

I don't really understand addictions. XD Mostly probably because I've never been addicted to something. I dunno how to get addicted to pills cuz I hardly ever pay attention to their effects. XD If I somehow feel better after taking a pill,it normally takes so long I just figure my body is randomly getting better on it's own. XD
Althouuugh I have 'somewhat' of a soda addiction. XD I start to crave it if I havn't had it in a while. So I guess that counts. XD

I think sleeping pill addiction happens when you feel like you NEED the pill to even sleep. Like you just want to take the pills cause you know, hey I'll sleep. Or like other pills, Hey, this will get me high or make me feel numb or something. I think it's all for a high :p
Soda addiction is a real thing xD luckily I don't have that lol.

And I am unfortunately addicted to the internet... and caffeine. >.>' Although surprisingly enough, here lately, I haven't been all super hyped up and unable to sleep. *fist pump* Haha!

And thats probably because you use all that energy during the day making food appear out of nowhere. XD
