Has she tried different url's? Use http://trisphee.com rather than http://www.trisphee.com

She uses the school computer and according to the guide thing Coda linked me to she's been doing the DNS flush a few times and was able to log in for about 5min this morning before the connection crashed on her again.

There are two ways I know might fix it. A DNS flush or resetting her router/modem. Has she tried either of those?

She still can't get on Trisphee. >A<;;
So I've been collecting feathers and bitnots for her in the meantime til she can.
