Since I'm part of the event planning, I'm sort of just stressing about the event more than getting excited about it. xD

Right now I'm in community college for an AA degree, and I'm planning on transferring to get a Bachelor's in English. I also might take some classes to get a Theater Technology Associate's degree, depending on how much time I have to spare.

I'm hoping to go into the publishing industry as something - probably not an editor right away, but maybe a proofreader or something like that. :]

That's a good way of thinking about it. It's always good to find something positive in a situation, even if it's just looking back on it and thinking, "I'm sort of glad that happened."

Anyways, when I was a senior I changed my desired major three times. And then when I got into college, I changed it three more times. So your interests being all over the place fits, I think.
