Well, DK gave it too me when I first started.
It's called Sand Dune and It's a event item from the Dawn of Desolation.

It's Basic Ermine Hair (the bangs) and Basic Ermine Extensions (the back part). It was gifted to me, so I don't know where you could find it. ^^;
