A baby that's born exactly at midnight on the first day of a century (eg. 01/01/2000) and because of that, develops superpowers.

I can't remember the deets from a mag I read way long ago, but since black holes lose mass by way of Hawking radiation, I think the charge of said radiation must match the charge of the black hole.

They are most likely counting the apartments/windows to figure out which one you are in so as to come and kill you as well, eliminating any witness.
I recommend calling the cops immediately and finding a way to escape or a safe place to hide that isn't in your apartment...
