Lost, your Kirlia is adorable. the only suggestion I would make is to switch the greens to middle-shade of Jade. That's what I'm using for my Gardevoir and I think it matches pretty well.
Also, that is an AWESOME Hitomoshi. |

I'm sure if you don't enter Ultima, Alchemy will be okay. I would assume that the rule is there to prevent people from entering on multiple accounts.
