Bugs... right behind you! | #1
What do you do when you find a bug in your house? Take it outside, crush it, or even just let it roam?
Also, do you like or dislike bugs? What's your favorite/least favorite? I really like jumping spiders, when one's wandering around I try to take it outside... but they're super good at avoiding getting caught. But they're so intelligent and adorable... just look at those lil eyes :3

If it's a moth, I'll kill it.
If it's an ant, I'll kill that too. If it's a roach I'll freeze in fear and shiver for a while. If it's a beetle that's small I'll kill it. If it's a spider I'll leave it alone xD.

If it is in my house, it is going to die.
But in general, I don't mind them. I don't have any favorites though.

Most of my reactions to bugs generally involve starting at it and mentally telling it to stay out of my personal space bubble, then otherwise ignoring them.
Unless they're in my car. I don't like bugs in my car. Nothing quite like driving to the mall and brushing away an itchy stray hair and finding a hornet hanging out on your finger. I shook it off my hand with a bit of panic, stopped the car, and flicked it out the door. I may have crushed it with my back tire when I pulled away. Not a fan of earwigs either but I'm better about them after a persistent itch on my leg during an entire move was an earwig hanging out in my oversized pants. Surprised me a little, but now I don't they don't bite easily, if at all.

I don't like flying bugs, which is why I'd leave small spiders alone. I've never seen a big spider in my life.
Centipedes creep me out.

Yes, spring is finally here. I saw a small black spider on the floor. I crushed it with my shoe. Then I checked under the bottom of my shoe to make sure that I actually did crush it.
I also saw a light brown spider crawling on the table. I let it go. But after I saw it again crawling on my table a few hours later, I crushed it with a notepad. edit: Spiders are not very nice. They like to bite therefor they deserve their fate! >:C .___. Buying: NATMQuesting: Event Items 13/19 Miniature Fairy Wings, Immortal Worlds, Eye Sore Current Funds:0 Au. I dislike swatting at bugs unless I know I can get a good shot in, since some are tougher than they look. My preferred method is to drop a piece of furniture on them. I'm sure the old end table at my dad's had about half a dozen centipede and spider carcasses mushed on the bottom of one leg.
Most impressive bug I've ever dealt with was the spider that got into the wash. I was loading the laundry, glimpsed the spider in the cylinder and fished through the clothes a little to try and get it out. Couldn't find it so I started the cycle and made a mental note to check my clothes for a spider carcass (he was a decent size. House spider, I think.) Cycle finished, I put the load into the dryer. Dryer finishes and I start unloading and open to lint trap to find one very pissed off spider. I think I mushed it shoving the lint screen back in because I was so startled.
