That sounds really sensible, Den and a plan that can be lived with.

It's just what makes sense to me, based on what I've learned over time, and from stuff I've read both off and online. Plus, I like walking. I just wish I could get mom and dad to understand that when I'm in the basement, I'm working on stuff. and when I'm upstairs before they get home each day, I'm keeping an eye on the dog, and working on stuff, so walking is my thinking time and time for me to just BE.
I use She/Her and They/Them pronouns.

I started a sweater... okay, technically, it's the third attempt at the sweater. Since I've lost weight, I'm going to try and make it per the pattern, just on a needle one size up.
I use She/Her and They/Them pronouns.

I'm tempted to wind the yarns I'm using into a ball, just to make it easier on me.

would that really help? i tried that once when i was learning how to knit. all that accomplished for me was 2 very furry dirty balls of purple yarn. i swear they collected anything that was airborne in the room @___@ when i made my yarn tail, i kept it in the skein, seemed to work better for that at least.

Good luck, Den! I'm sure you can do it!
Tsukiko: I imagine it depends on the yarn and which tail Den is working off of. If the skein has a center-pull tail, it's usually not too bad, though it might snag a little initially, but if the center-pull is too hard to find or you don't know about it and go from the outer one, it can be a pain to unroll/use, whereas a ball will unroll easier without all the fighting with it. | ||||
