also/edit: Trying to read a manga, it has furigana so that helps a lot but I can't seem to figure out so far is this part:

これが　・　インターハイに君臨し勝ち続ける走る伝説

The only thing i can think of to translate it as is:

this is　・　the Inter-High, where reigning champions continue to win and become legends.

　・　These dots i'm using to show that they are in separate bubbles.

京伏 there is this kanji with やつら furigana next to it.. and when i type it out.. nothing, and when i look it up, its not a combination and none of the readings involve　やつら or　やっら
