Apparently my buying pace is still faster than my reading pace. I'll have to address that. Behind in my April book as live has been evil and mean. Read a little bit today though.

I'm finding this book to be a little curious in that it reads so light it's almost like eating a flavour. Tastes good, but there's no substance to it so I'm not getting any actual food.

I'm going to try and replace the battery in my old Sony e-reader. It's an early one, from 2007 or so, but I just don't use e-readers enough to want to buy a new one.

Same.
I have an old sony e-reader that a friend gave me years ago. I think I read maybe one book on it and haven't touched it since. Could probably pawn it for a little extra spending money...

I know what I'd want to spend extra money on. Unfortunately, I have more pressing issues it would need to go toward. Like my several thousand dollars of debt. Or groceries.

We're all mad here.
I found a copy of Meyrink's The Golem at a used book store today! That was unexpected. I had to log in into LibraryThing manually because the book is from the EU and Library of Congress, the British Library, and Amazon didn't have any records for it.

Was also looking for The King in Yellow by Chambers (found an e-copy on Project Gutenberg since it's public domain now) and anything Clive Barker. No go on either though.

No, it's an older collection of short stories by Robert W. Chambers that Lovecraft supposedly drew from. Seeing as I've read all that Lovecraft's got (as far as I know) I need to find new stuff.

I read the complete collection on my e-reader over a while. There's lots of stuff derived from his works, but that I haven't read.
