If you do AIT next summer you could do it with Alpha if you are an MP.

I plan on doing both Basic and Ait at the same time get it all out of the way at once.

Makes sense....though that means you will be doing OSUT and stuck at the same unit for 19 weeks with the same Drill Sergeants.

It shouldn't be too bad, just going to depend on your cadre (the drills sergeants, NCOs, First Sergeant, XO, CO, etc.).
