Brad's and Claire's (Pastry Chef Attempts) episodes are worth watching even if you aren't interested in the food. The editing for the "It's Alive" series is pretty silly, and so is Brad. Some of the other chefs also can be worthwhile, like Carla, but they tend to put out mostly recipes.
