i had someone saying they'd sell me 200 runes a month but i haven't heard back from them really sense that day ^^; so i might have to start hunting.

No, they were actually designed based off my character which is why they were named the celestial werewolf because Fenrir is now a celestial being :3. Basically it's what fen would look like if she was a werewolf :3
