Personally I find not having caffeine after 5pm and a warm milky drink just before bed helps. | ||||

You can borrow some insurance policies. They usually put me to sleep. But in all seriousness, no caffeine after 4 for me and a warm shower at night, instead of in the morning. I've got my pink hair and I'm ready to go!
