I opened the fridge and I had forgotten that I had brought home some cupcakes from work! I will definitely be eating some of those later!

I hear dairy soothes the stomach. I think I'll have some ice cream and see if that helps!

I've never had much luck with dairy, but a nice herbal ginger tea generally works for me.

I don't have any tea, but the ice cream seems to have helped! Plus calcium is always good for you!

I almost always have some kind of tea around. Found a really good lemon ginger spice tea so I bought a lot of it.
