I don't think so. Because, barring extreme cases, the baby should be fully developed by approx 9 months so it shouldn't be harmful to remove it.
But I am not and never will be either a doctor or a mother, so I am not a reliable source of baby information...

They want to induce the baby a weekish early because they don't want to do a c-section and my likelihood of dying is going to be higher than the average woman. So we're going to plan a day but ya she could still decide to surprise everybody! Pregnancies are different when they're high risk, a lot of weird stuff goes on.
Like. I won't be allowed to do any pushing because the pushing could cause my aorta to rupture so they want me to just hang out for a long time and see if she just pops out like magic and if not they are getting hte forceps. The forceps part really freaks me out.

I will say though after 32 weeks the baby is pretty safe to come out, most twins are born about 32 weeks. The last two months are mostly just fine tuning of the lungs and fattening up so babies born right at 32 weeks would need help breathing and to be kept warm for a little bit. For every week you make it after 32nd the baby would need less and less help

@Cho: I don't know. . . they haven't explained it to me . . . I did look at a picture though and it looks really awful. She'd come out with a squashed face for a day or two >.> The other option is they put a vaccuum on the head and suck the baby out which also sounds horrible!!!

I am growing increasingly frightened. I'll either be a total basket case after the appointment tomorrow or feel relieved I don't know.
I was always told because of my heart I'd just have to have a c-section so now being told that they think it is safer to do this no-pushing thing . . . I am not mentally prepared.

i'd be more worried about bleeding x____x or possibly rips in the intestine if you had to do c-section. it's not an easy thing even though it is common
well, can i wish you luck in your consultation at least?

My friend did a c-section with her twins... They screwed something up when they closed her back up... Think they glued instead of stitching. She ended up with infection and the muscle still isnt back to normal... The twins turned three in october.
