Long Island is all of New York City. It's a small island not really connected to New York, near New Jersey. If you don't live there, they consider you "Upstate."

So, I've been uber fuckin' sick. Again. It seems like I'm NEVER well anymore.

Stupid stomach issues... again. I've been throwing up and in pain for the last three days. I don't know if I'm now food intolerable, or, when I nibble on is screwing with me bigtime, but thats why I haven't been around. I actually pretty much slept all day yesterday, finished a book, and only left my bed to make trips to the potty.

A lot of my classmates (the university here is famous for all the NYC students attending), are surprised when they find out that we don't all dress in flannel and such.
