As it should be. The odds were set up as 40% chance of winning, 40% chance of losing, and 20% chance of tying. These odds are skewed by the fact that you can force yourself to lose by not paying attention.

That shouldn't have been possible. The code was set up to prohibit battling the same person twice in less than 10 minutes, so at the very worst you would be alternating between that one person and a random NPC.
