Oh, and try not to bottle up the dreams if you can. They'll get worse if you do. If you don't feel safe telling anyone what happened write/type them then get rid of the paper. Bottling it up will make them worse.

I don't know how to talk about it. I mean besides what I already do. And before this post i would tell my husband and he would say things like " why am i suck a jerk in your dreams" or " I'd never do that to you" And I mean it helps but it does not stop the damn dreams. And I really really really want them to stop. I feel like i cant handle them any more. I used to have nightmares before my depression but not as much. I don't even have good dreams any more. Its either I cant remember the dream or it was bad. to the point of waking up crying and shaking.

You guys reply so fast, while I'm typing a reply. I'm sorry if i seems i skipped what you said. I did read it. I promise. I know really the only one that can do any thing is my self.

It is okay, I know you read it. ;)

And this crazy suggestion of mine won't go away. To try and get better dreams; good smells. Smells that make you happy, it hasn't been scientifically proven but I know a few people that it works on.

There is always hope, Night. Some just find it quicker then others. I hope your nightmares stop and you get some rest quickly.

Well, Im going to try to talk about it more. Maybe write them down.
And Im def going to try that smell thing. Smells help my moods already. So maybe, while im sleeping that's the best idea.
